This used to be my philosophy until I had to give up sugar for health reasons! 😦 I still “cheat” a few times a year, though.

Not good at all! 🤔 Read this as I was halfway through my salad with a cookie sitting next to it, just waiting to be eaten. Thinking I’ll fix the problem by eating the cookie now, followed by the rest of the salad later. 😁
