Tuesday Writing Prompt Challenge

Devereaux Frazier and Beth Amanda are currently hosting the Tuesday Writing Prompt Challenge which was started by our star writer Christine Ray.

Today’s prompt: Write a haiku about being lost, without using the lost.

Which Way

We passed by here once

How do we get out of here

Going the circle

Its been a while since I wrote on Tuesday’s prompt. Thanks for the fun. And as always remember to be kind…even if lost.

Just Not Fair

This yard is not fair

Much to hard to get the food

Don’t taste good anyway

I tried being kind to squirrels but they kept eating holes in my feeders, so I got rid of the peanuts and put nails in the tops of the boards so they cant jump to the feeder from the fence. The feeder pole has a slinky on it to keep them from climbing up. Sorry guys.

But we must always try to be kind as much as we can.

A Moon Haiku

God’s Night Lite

How bright your light shines

In the darkest evening sky

Your light shows His love

My small camera can not show the beauty I saw as the moon rose yesterday with a clear sky after several days of rain. The ‘man in the moon’ was easily seen. It was a welcome sight.

Never forget the love God has for you. He even shows you in his night light. Enjoy its beauty and spread His love by being kind.
